Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am. We can always be reached after hours in case of emergency. We strive to schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every effort will be made to see you that day.
We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule a visit. All we ask is that you provide us with 48 hours notice as a courtesy to other patients in pain that could benefit from the available time slot. With two days advance notice, we will be able to give you a courtesy waiver of the standard cancellation/no show charge.
The fees associated with treatment vary and depend upon the difficulty of the procedure and other factors. The cost of endodontic treatment can be considerably lower than alternative treatments such as bridges or dental implants. As a courtesy to our patients, we can bill most insurance companies. Every effort will be made to contact your insurance company prior to completion of treatment to maximize your dental benefits. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid us is your responsibility, and your prompt remittance is appreciated.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. In addition, financing options such as CareCredit are available for major dental work done in our office. Our billing coordinator will be happy to discuss any insurance or billing questions you may have.
